TRONCHETTO REDESIGN
The redevelopment of the tronchetto in Venice repurposes underutilized spaces with the goal of enhancing cultural experiences and eliminate the disconnect with the rest of the city.

The housing on the tronchetto is designed to mimic the urban fabric of Venice, and provides quiet streets and public campos. Building facades put a modern twist on typical Venetian housing, and the ground floors of each building are activiated with shops or studio spaces for local students and artisans.
